Pressure washing and later Softwashing is something that I have enjoyed doing tremendously. I have wanted to make a business of it since my days in the Army, when I cleaned everthing the commander came up with for "Base Beautification". I have spent hundreds of hours pressure washing hangars, helicopters, tanks, humvees, and 5 Tons.
In 2019 I started pressure washing and softwashing houses, driveways, fences, decks, and roofs. Since then I have spent thousands of hours cleaning homes. To my detriment I was convinced to try industrial pressure washing. This is not the kind of work I enjoy nor the kind I wish to be known for. Going forward being known as the first and best choice for the Northern Shelby County and Southern Jefferson County area is what I will achieve.

Services
Pressure Washing
​This type of cleaning is performed on hard surfaces such as your driveways, curbs and sidewalks.

First I apply a light chemical cleaner to kill any organics on the surface then use water pressure and water volume to clean away the organics.

Next I will inspect the surfaces for any stains. Mud, oil, and rust can be minimized or removed completely.

Finally another light chemical cleaner will be applied left to dwell and rinsed for a professional clean the whole neighborhood will admire.
Softwashing
Softwashing is a type of pressure washing used to clean soft surfaces such as vinyl, wood, or shingles.

​First I will rinse all surfaces and plants around the work area to ensure no plants are harmed or any debris remains on the outside of the area.

I will then apply a chemical to the area to remove all organics. This can usually be done in one application but may take more than one on occassion.

Finally I will rinse everything down plants and the work area and perform a final inspection of the property. The pressure is very low in this type of cleaning and the chemicals do all of the work.
